The Beachhouse is a beachfront villa in Rogoznica, on Croatia's Dalmatian coast, easy to reach by car or a short flight to Split. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeps six. A pedestrian promenade between the front door and the water, a private heated whirlpool jacuzzi above the sea, and an outdoor kitchen on the terrace.

Two floors, built for six

Open-plan living, dining and kitchen on the ground floor, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors onto the terrace. Three bedrooms upstairs, a master with ensuite, a double, and a bunk room built for grandchildren. Three bathrooms.

Every fixture chosen for the long view. Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware, Grohe rain showers, Buster & Punch hardware on every interior door. Underfloor heating on both floors. Air conditioning in every room.

The beach

Direct sea access, no road between

A pedestrian promenade in front of the house, then white pebbles, then the bay. Two private beach lounges reserved exclusively for guests. The water is consistently ranked among the clearest on the Croatian coast.

On the terrace: an outdoor kitchen with induction stove and Bosch fridge, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor shower with hot water, a long dining table for ten, and a heated whirlpool jacuzzi above the sea.

The place

A quiet corner of Dalmatia

Rogoznica is, by reputation, one of the most beautiful towns on the Dalmatian coast. The bay is protected, the water exceptionally clear, the air pine-scented and calm. Marina Frapa, one of the most awarded marinas on the Adriatic, is a ten-minute walk away.

Split airport is forty-five minutes by car. Krka National Park is just over an hour. Hvar and Brač are within day-trip reach by ferry.

About Rogoznica

We rebuilt this house with the care we would want for our own holidays. Every fixture chosen for durability, every detail considered. We rent it a limited number of weeks each year to guests who appreciate quality, quiet, and the simple beauty of the Adriatic.
